Apps Computer Services will come to you and repair or upgrade you computer for a fixed service fee.

Service fee's do not include any parts or software.

No Fix no charge policy. If we provide a recommended fix and you choose not to accept the recommendation it will be deemed we have fixed your computer and the service fee will be payable.

Our standard service fee is $50.00 per computer excluding virus related issues. A fee of $100 dollars will be charged for removal of any virus where a complete up to date system backup is not available.

We will come to you and assess the fault onsite and give you a repair or upgrade option to fix your PC. If the fault is going to take more than 1 hour to repair we will then offer you our back to base repair service.

The back to base service fee is the same as our standard service if your address fall within our primary service area.An additional fee of up to $20 fee maybe be charged if you fall outside our primary service area but fall within our secondary service area. Primary service area includes Eastwood, Marsfield, Denistone, Denistone East, Denistone West, Epping, North Epping, Carlingford, Ryde, North Ryde, West Ryde, Dundas, Dundas Valley, Gladesville, Medowbank, Rydalmere, Putney, Rhodes, Cabarita, Concord West, Breakfast Point, Maquarie Park, Lane Cove, Riverview, Hunters Hill, Drummoyne, Melrose Park, Cheltenham, West Pymble, Chatswood West.

Secondary Service area includes but not limitted to St Leonards, Huntleys Point, Henley, Balmain, Rozelle, Concord, North Rocks Kingsdene, Killara, Lindfield, Beecroft, Russell Lea, Canada Bay, Chatswood, Turramurra, Pymble, Warrawee, Wahroonga, Thornleigh.

We will consider other area's of Sydney but a service fee of $50 per hour or part there of will be charged.
