No fix no charge policy. If Apps Computer Services can not fix your problem there is no charge. If we suggest a resonable fix and you decide not to proceed then it will be deemed we have fixed the fault and the service fee will be payable.
Apps Computer Service will not be held liable for any loss of data, it is the customer responsibility to ensure data is correctly backed up. Customers are responsible for providing legal copies (plus licence) of software in the advent that it is recommended to re-install the operating system or software as part of system repair, upgrade, etc. If you dont know how to backup your data we will gladly teach you and or do it for you.
